How to Order
| 1. |
First, figure out what you want done and how much it will cost. To help you determine the cost, you can either look over our Price List or send e-mail to sales@rivercityartprints.com. If you send e-mail, our Sales Department will compute your cost and e-mail a quotation to you. (We will also include a "pay by PayPal" link so you can send payment by that method if you wish.) While we prefer payment by PayPal, you can send a certified check, money order, or personal check (although waiting for your personal check to clear may delay your order).
|
| 2. |
You then pack your original artwork for shipment to us. (We recommend using "ground" or "2nd Day Air" service from a trusted express company (such as Airborne Express, FedEx, or UPS) or US Postal Service "Priority" mail. Please be sure to enclose instructions about what needs to be done (which can be a printout of the e-mail quotation we send to you), along with your remittance.
Ship your order to:
River City Art Prints
237 11th Street South
La Crosse, WI 54601-4141
Incidentally, do not worry about over-paying for our services; if you remit more than is called for, we immediately issue a PayPal credit or a refund check for the difference!
Note: If you plan to send us files by FTP (File Transfer Protocol), please follow this link for additional information.
|
| 3. |
When we receive your package, we inspect the contents to see that all is in order and to verify that we understand the scope of the work to be done. If payment was not included with the order, we e-mail you with a link to PayPal so that you can authorize payment immediately.
|
| 4. |
We then digitize your artwork and carefully adjust colors. Next, we print proofs and mail the proofs, along with the original artwork, to you and await your approval or comments.
|
| 5. |
Following your approval, the prints are produced and sent to you. Please note that unless instructed otherwise, we will keep digital and hardcopy versions of your production in storage, to facilitate subsequent reprint orders. We of course realize our obligation to maintain the integrity of your intellectual property and will never produce additional copies of your artwork without your express instructions to us.
